• Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
• Demonstrable social networking experience and social analysis tools knowledge
• Knowledge of marketing, product creation, and campaign creation
• Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels

• Build and execute social media strategy through research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
• Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
• Set up and optimize ministry pages within each platform to increase visibility of the ministry’s social content
• Moderate all user-generated content online within the moderation policy for the ministry
• Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
• Collaborate with other departments to manage and coordinate actions and initiatives
• Work with leadership to help develop, establish, and maintain annual marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives
• Maintain a current knowledge base of industry standards applicable to social media for non-profit organizations.
• High school diploma or GED
• Bachelors Degree Preferred
• 2-3 years relevant experience
